- Eligibility for Returns
You can initiate a return for items purchased on Boneless Couches within 30 days from when you received your order.
Returns can only be processed if items haven’t been used, and are in their original condition and packaging.
Fabric samples, special orders, and personalized items are also non-returnable unless damaged in shipping.
- How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, you’ll need to send Boneless Couches your order number and reason for a return to our Customer Service team via email at support@boneless-couches.com.
We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a set of instructions to return your purchase.
- Return Shipping
You must pay the return shipping unless we sent you a damaged or defective item.
Don’t forget to purchase tracking for your return, otherwise, we can’t guarantee to process your return.
- Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 munies or business days.
Boneless Couches customer are responsible for shipping costs.
- Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot provide direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and submit a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and include photos of the damage.
We will issue a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
